FAQ

 

 

1. When will I receive my photos?

 

You’ll receive your professionally edited portrait photos within 30 days of your session. Each image is carefully retouched to ensure your gallery is natural, timeless, and full of personality.

 

2. What is your deposit and payment schedule?

 

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot and can be paid via cash or e-transfer.

 

3. Will I only get the number of photos listed?

 

No! I typically deliver 50–75 images per hour of your session. The number listed in your package is a minimum guarantee — any additional photos captured will be fully edited and delivered at no extra cost.

 

4. Are there additional fees?

 

Additional travel costs may apply for sessions outside of my local areas of Kindersley and surrounding area. I’ll provide a quote ahead of time so everything is clear.

 

5. Can I purchase prints and products from my gallery?

 

Yes! You can shop directly from your online gallery for high-quality prints, canvases, and more. It’s a convenient and easy way to bring your favorite memories to life.

 

6. Can I make changes to my package after booking?

 

Yes! You can upgrade your package at any time, and additional time can be added on the day of your session if needed. If there’s a special shot you want, I’ll gladly stay to capture it.

Send me a message via the contact form, email, or phone. Tell me about your session — whether it’s family, couples, grads, or newborns — and any questions you have. I’ll get back to you promptly to chat about your vision and availability.

Step 02

Once you’re ready to book, a 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Your spot is now reserved, and we can start planning your personalized session.

We’ll collaborate on your location, wardrobe, and any special details to make sure your session reflects your personality and style.

Step 04

Relax and enjoy your session! I’ll capture natural, heartfelt, and timeless images that tell your story. After your session, your professionally edited photos will be delivered within 30 days, ready for you to cherish and share.
